Our Story
Founders Olme J. Contreras and Victoria Gasiorowski grew up in vastly different parts of the world. Once they found each other, they discovered they share the same attitude about life; that each day is a blessing and even on our hardest days, it should be enjoyed. This is the Al Suave way.
Al Suave beans come from Morazán Department, El Salvador and are harvested at 1470 meters above sea level. Each bean is carefully hand picked and inspected to ensure the highest of quality beans. Al Suave started as a passion for coffee and grew due to its passion for people.
Al Suave hopes to give back to the communities that have made our coffee possible. A portion of the sales goes back into supporting farmers and promoting sustainable agriculture practices.

Al Suave knows that its community members are wild about their coffee. That is why we are dedicated to providing the freshest, whole bean coffee. The care we take with our coffee beans is the same care we provide to our community; from the farmers to our coffee consumers, we want everyone to feel supported and appreciated.
We hope to expand the awareness of those who drink coffee. To excite their palate and transport them through the flavors, warmth, and culture of El Salvador.
